Koedam Kennels offers refunds for several reasons:

1. If a puppy were to die during shipment we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with an equal or better quality puppy of your choosing. We insure each puppy for the purchase price with the airline prior to shipment.

2. If an illness or defect is discovered at the health check proir to your recieving the puppy, we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with an equal or better quality puppy.

3. Koedam Kennels does not offer refunds if the Airlines reschedule shipments. If a flight is delayed for several days or several weeks, it is not grounds for a refund. We work closely with the airlines to ensure your puppy gets to you as soon as possible. Weather sometimes works against us. The temperature at the airport must be above 10 degrees F and below 85 degrees F according to regulations.

4. Koedam Kennels does not offer refunds if a buyer changes his or her mind after paying for a puppy partially or in full. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if he or she can afford and care for the puppy prior to purchase.  In the event the buyer becomes unable to care for the puppy the buyer agrees to contact Koedam Kennels immediately for assistance in  planning for the puppy''s continued care or return to Koedam Kennels.  Under no circumstances should any puppy be taken to a pet shelter. 

Once payment is received (whether a deposit or full payment), the buyer enters an agreement with Koedam Kennels to buy and take possession of the puppy. If the agreement is broken by the buyer any payments made belong to Koedam Kennels.

Our Return Policy and our Guarantee Policy does not cover any veterinary costs for the buyer unless agreed upon by Koedam Kennels and the buyer. You will void the Health Guarantee if you give the puppy shots within the first week of ownership. For the first veterinarian visit you need to get a health check only.
