Koedam Kennels guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease and Genetic Defects for a period of 7 days from the date of shipment to the buyer.

Koedam Kennels requests that the Buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within those 7 days.  Should a genetic defect or life-threatening disease be discovered by the buyer or their veterinarian within said days, and that defect is attested by a veterinarian, Koedam Kennels will provide the buyer with a replacement puppy of equivalent quality free of charge as soon as such puppy is available.

Koedam Kennels recommends spaying and neutering all companion dogs.  A very few number of puppies are born with a genetic defect our guarantee doesn''t cover. When a male puppy is born missing testicles, it is not grounds for a refund. If you are looking for a dog to be used for breeding, please contact us and we will try to make sure the puppy you recieve will meet your needs (some price increases may apply).

Our guarantee policy does not offer any veterinary costs for the buyer unless agreed upon by Koedam Kennels and the buyer.

If a puppy were to die during shipment, we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with an equal or better quality puppy of your choosing.  We insure each puppy for the purchase price with the airline proir to shipment.
