E-mail addresses

We ask customers who register for our online services to provide us with their e-mail addresses so we can send them e-mail when new puppies become available. These addresses are used only to send puppy updates and account information to those who subscribe to the notifications. KoedamKennels.com never sells, rents, or lends e-mail addresses of users to anyone. Registered users can choose to stop receiving them altogether, at any time by visiting the Puppy Notifications link in their Account Information window.

User names and passwords

Each subscriber who registers to use KoedamKennels.com has a user name and password. Subscribers may choose their own password however their username will be their email address. Passwords are the private property of the subscriber. For reasons of security and privacy, we do not give out passwords to anyone. If you forget your password, you can email yourself a reminder.  Use the Forgot Password link next to the login button.  Your password will be emailed to the address you used to register.

Cookies

"Cookies" are bits of data sent from a Web server to a user''s machine to be retrieved later for purposes of identification. When you visit KoedamKennels.com and create an account, we set and access cookies on your computer. This information is used to help us learn more about our customers and serve them better. It is not shared with organizations outside KoedamKennels.com. Providing this information is optional.

Financial information

KoedamKennels.com collects financial information (usually credit-card numbers) only to bill for puppies or other products or services.

Modifying or canceling services

Subscribers can modify settings and information in our database by clicking the Edit My Account Settings link.
